My Story so Far

For 30 years, I have offered private readings to help my fellow travelers connect to their spirit and soul’s purpose. In these challenging times, I have been called to open my readings to the public. I am here to help you connect to your intuition and to trust your inner knowing, so you can navigate your inner and outer landscape with confidence, love, compassion and creativity, as you cultivate your spiritual gifts.

In the early 1990’s, I was living in Chicago after completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Printmaking from Southern Illinois University. I was home in Chicago developing my artistic practice and questioning what was next for me on my journey. It was a profound period of personal and spiritual growth for me. I attended a meditation group where I began learning to navigate my inner energetic system and connect to the divine in and outside of myself. Through this group, I was connected to teachers who have shaped my life. This became my foundation for a lifetime of study in the world’s spiritual traditions and mysteries.

I began my intuitive training and mentoring with a spiritual past life astrologer in 1991. During this time, I met Christopher Witecki and we became spiritual study buddies, life-long friends, and colleagues. His work in the field of Astrology is ground-breaking and shapes my daily experience. It is woven into all corners of my spiritual and professional practices. Thank you Sensi, for your fearless and courageous leadership, your teachings, and contributions to a more peaceful and compassionate world.

During this time, I also began studying with Sonia Choquette in Chicago. She was the first teacher and intuitive who demystified the world of spirit, teaching me that we all have the ability to connect to our spirit guides, angelic helpers, and God at any time. Most importantly, we are meant to Trust our Vibes in all things. Her teachings are the foundation of my life’s work as an artist, teacher and intuitive guide and a seeker on the path. I am forever grateful for her mentoring and intuitive guidance. Life has been sweeter on the intuitive path. Thank you, Sonia, for connecting me to my intuition, spirit helpers, and guides while teaching me to trust and laugh and play along the way.

At the same time, I was introduced to the work of Julia Cameron and the Artist’s Way. As an artist, I began studying her work to break through creative blocks and to make better art. What I discovered is art as a way of knowing; a way to connect to the divine and creative recovery as acts of faith, discovery and hope. I created a better life for myself and those around me in exercising the artists way as a daily practice. Julia Cameron’s ground-breaking work in the field of creativity has yielded art, my MFA, jobs, opportunities, relationships that have transformed my life, my teaching and the next generation of students who experienced her teachings through my own work. For 27 years I have been a full-time artist, teacher, wife and mother. My family and I relocated nine months before the pandemic. While I had a sense that the Universe had big plans for our family in our move, I did not anticipate the transitions we would all face as a global community during the pandemic. Like everyone, I felt as if the snow globe of my life had been shaken up and I could not see behind me or in front of me, only within me. It is inside of myself that the sprout of Intuitive Bloom grew. Theodore Roethke said, “Deep in their roots all flowers keep the light.” Let me guide you to look inside and see what is waiting to break ground and reach for the light.
